The administrative modules in K2B Health are involved in the operational process related to the clinical record.

It includes the coordination of consultations, contracts, business models, coverage types, organizational model for each institution, and any actions derived from the clinical record such as prescriptions and their fulfillment.

Main modules

Allows for the management of affiliation contracts, in addition to the management of products and agreements marketed by the institution.
The schedule module is highly parameterizable, and allows for the creation of schedules and coordination of appointments. It is integrated within the accounting system and makes it possible to handle the billing for the different services. It has a self-management module for users where they can coordinate and cancel their appointments.
Interface which allows the user to coordinate a healthcare appointment for different services, integrating with a payment gateway for the payment of the transaction.

The system allows users to locate a patient within the institution considering their age, sex, and pathology. They can assign a patient at that time or later on. The system is parameterizable, and can be adapted to the different situations the institution might face.

Bed mapping

Makes it possible to visualize the beds status in real-time for all of the institution

Portal which works as a communication mechanism with affiliates, exposing any information that the institution considers relevant. For example, coordination of appointments, visualization of the clinical history, study results, commercial debts, current medications, etc. It is also possible to integrate the portal with other systems, thus making certain actions or information available.
