Integration
The K2BHealth video consultation module is designed to be integrated quickly and easily with any existing solution the organization may have. The system responsible for generating appointments, the EHR, or the system the organization chooses, must consume a REST service (getvideocallurl) for its creation.
Each organization will have access to a web backend where it will be able to visualize the information of the calls made.
The service is offered in four modalities, which differ in the integrations required by the organization.
